In connection with the increase in demand for our services, we are looking for candidates for the position.

Support in the area of business analysis
Location: Warsaw.

Key responsibilities:
• Report weekly progress for all core strategic Data Centre projects including all 2010 goal state projects, server consolidation, storage optimisation to local management and the Global Business Office.
• Collating and interpreting management information tracking and reporting of key weekly and monthly statistics for Senior TI Management.
• Assist with monthly management reporting and collation of statistics, including key accomplishments, program issues and risks, high-level timelines and milestones.
• Managing the collation and providing analysis of key metrics.
• Co-ordinate and maintain core group information, such as list of key contacts and other useful information that will be of benefit to the GDCS project.
• Assisting in reporting and marketing of GDCS activities and progress.
• Provide updates for input into the weekly placemats.
• Produce presentation material when required both for internal and external presentations.
• Assimilate complex technical data and document in business readable formats
• Tracking and reporting of key weekly and monthly statistics for Senior TI Management.
• Managing the collation and providing analysis of key metrics
• Co-ordinate and maintain core group information, including organisation charts and contact details.
• Implementation of standard systems for centralised tracking and reporting purposes
• Liaise with finance group and TI counterparts on a global level

Knowledge/ experience:
• Poven track record of Project Administration
• Experience gain working within a fast paced environment and proven ability to manage mulitple activities and changing priorities
• Experience in analysising and interpreting data
