Opis:
Job description:
- Produces and manufactures products for the development process by means of(not completely) drawings / outlines and examples with indications. Discusses with Design Engineers and possibly the us about functionalities, specifications and product applications. If necesary develops more closely or adapts the drawings. Checks if products requirments are met. Indicate possible problems.
- Discusses with Design Engineers and makes proposals for complete product functionality, taking into account the demands from Proto,Pilot-, Volume-,Production Process and Service. Assesses poduct methods for bilding proto`s from suppliers,paying attention on quality quarantee,choice of component,compliance with TPD regulations and contributions to satndardization.
- Makes test set-ups according regulations or own design to measure and test developed products.Makes propositions to ensure the required results.
- Maintains and executes own work planning within the frame of the departament -and project plans. Reports progress of activities.
- If necessary coordinates the bulding of proto systems.
- Aquuirs sufficient knowlage of new products, production means and -techniques,(sub)modules,total systems and -modifications in order to produce effectivly and efficiently.Possibly supports he products to end user,to instruct the end user in how to use and maintain the product.Implements and maintains newproducts(to build in and to put in operation).Transfers knowlage to colleaques suppliers.
- contributes to a good cooperation, a.o. by looking for solutions, by giving output and executing department tasks.
